“There are many things I learned and benefited from by taking this course. Learning how to influence and be aware of my subconscious mind was a real eye-opener and made me aware of different angles I can look at when aiming for a goal. I also really benefited from learning new ways I can try to see where my mind is making up things when I’m feeling worried or anxious that others are finding me annoying – it has helped me a great deal. I also learned ways to be aware of how to help better communicate with others by giving me different tools to rearrange my approach when communicating if I I see the other side is getting stressed or upset.”
