A NOTE FROM LISA:

As a female Superintendent in the Multi Family Construction industry for 17 years I know a thing or two about stress!  During those years there were many days I felt overwhelmed, overworked and lost.  My purpose and zest for life was gone. I was depressed, ridden with anxiety and my mental health was plummeting. I was desperate to find a solution – but I felt hopeless and stuck. It never occurred to me that it was my brain’s way of protecting me.  It would paralyze me with fear or make me be snippy or overwhelmed as a defense mechanism – it was actually looking out for me! Once I learned this, my life changed. I would love to help you change your life too!
