6-Session Program Outline
Session 1: Brain-Based Leadership Foundations
Understanding how the brain drives behavior, decision-making, and performance under pressure. Leaders gain a practical “user’s manual” for how their brain responds to stress, threat, and environment.
Session 2: Self-Regulation & Composure
Learning how to regulate brain states to maintain clarity, emotional control, and effective leadership. Includes how sleep, nutrition, stress, and environment support or sabotage performance.
Session 3: Insights Discovery® – Leadership Style & Stress Response
A dedicated session to debrief the Insights Discovery assessment. Leaders gain a clear understanding of their leadership preferences, communication style, and how they show up under stress. This session builds self-awareness, improves communication, and helps leaders recognize how different styles interact on teams.
Session 4: Triggers, Thinking Patterns & Authorship
Understanding how the brain creates reactivity, worry, and automatic thinking as protection. Leaders learn how to recognize triggers, interrupt unhelpful thought patterns, and intentionally author their responses.
Session 5: Confidence, Integrity & Self-Investment
Building confidence by managing the inner critic, honoring commitments, and understanding integrity as keeping your word. Includes a shift from “self-care” to “self-investment” for sustainable leadership performance.
Session 6: Brain-Based Goals & Performance Integration
Learning how the brain understands goals and sustains behavior change. Leaders use neuroscience-based goal setting to align purpose, performance, and long-term leadership effectiveness.
