When I started working with Lisa, I felt pretty open, but not necessarily needing support or guidance. Almost immediately after speaking with Lisa I was able to open up and share my thoughts and feelings to her in a safe and comfortable dialogue. Since then I feel that my perspectives on life, relationships, work, and self-empowerment have drastically grown. I’m the kind of person who likes to constantly improve the things in my life in a Kaizen mentality. I work out, learn, push myself at work, and always strive to be a better person. Lisa has opened up a whole new chapter for me in improving the way I think about things, independently improving my brain. Working with Lisa has not only been a joy and a pleasure but the topics covered and lessons I’ve learned have been a cornerstone in the development of my mental health.
